Ms. Westling’s practice is concentrated in the areas of personal injury, white-collar crime, workers’ compensation, and complex business and civil litigation, including arbitration and mediation. She has extensive trial experience in the state and federal courts of Missouri and Illinois. Ms. Westling’s litigation experience includes Medicare fraud, environmental crimes, civil and criminal RICO claims, and death penalty appeals.

Prior to joining The Law Office of Gerhard J.
